Chad Ehrnsberger – General Manager
Chad is a 1996 graduate of Kalida High School. He holds multiple degrees from UCF and Ohio State University where he spent time playing, at both, in their baseball programs. After a four time All American college career, he went on to play professionally for nine seasons. When he is not helping area residents with their roofing needs, Chad is Head Coach for both Kalida High School-Varsity Baseball and for the Lima Locos.
Chad joined the Schroeder Roofing family, in September 2023, as a Sales Representative. He has been a leader in Sales, and a great asset to the team already.
With three young boys (Conner 1st Grade, twins Carter and Caden in Preschool), Chad enjoys spending his weekends being a dad and going on adventures. He and his boys reside in Kalida, with the memory of their wife/mother, Courtney, who passed away from Breast Cancer in December 2021 at the age of 28.
Eric Anderson - Sales Representative
Eric was born and raised in St. Marys, Ohio, and was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial in 2009! He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s degree in 2013, and also a Master’s degree in 2015 in Sports Administration. After a short stint living in Columbus, he decided he wanted to get back to his roots and move back home to St Marys.
Shortly after moving back, he secured a position at Grand Lake Roofing in the Winter of 2022, and has loved it ever since!
Eric loves nothing more than spending time with his wife, Alyssa, 3 kids (Landyne, Lily and Lane), and playing around with their two goldenddoodles (Kobe and Millie). On top of that, you can find him enjoying his time outdoors, whether it is working in the yard or playing golf. Watching the kids play and participate in ALL of the activities and sports, cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns or enjoying food and a drink at Beer Barrel, you will always catch him with a smile and would love to have a conversation with everyone!

Michelle Evans - Office Manager
Michelle has experience in the roofing business extending over the last 20 years and brings her unique talents and perspectives. From innovative problem solving to her creative thinking, meticulous planning\ and dynamic leadership skills. Michelle manages the day-to-day operations, from financial reporting to scheduling estimates for the next roof replacement. She has a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Michelle enjoys playing ball with her dog Panda, crafting, gardening & cooking lots of her time with her family and friends.

At Grand Lake Roofing, we take security seriously—which is why we put our trust in the fluffiest, most lovable protector around. Meet Panda, a four-year-old Old English Sheepdog with a bark that means business (used sparingly, but always effectively) and a heart big enough to win over even the toughest customers.
Panda’s journey started in the rolling hills of Georgetown, Kentucky, but at just eight weeks old, she set her paws down in St. Mary’s, Ohio, where she quickly rose through the ranks to claim her spot as the official Head of Security. Her daily duties include patrolling the office (mostly for treats), keeping a watchful eye on deliveries, and ensuring every visitor meets the company’s strict belly rub policy.
But don’t let her title fool you—Panda is also the resident style icon, flaunting a naturally glamorous, Instagram-worthy coat that turns heads wherever she goes. When she’s not on duty, you’ll find her power-napping under the conference table (a very important part of office morale), pondering life’s great mysteries (like why humans put cheese on burgers but not in her kibble), or convincing the team that snack breaks should be mandatory.
Panda’s motto? “Keep your bark ready, your tail wagging, and your humans wrapped around your paw.” And trust us—she’s mastered all three.
